Continuum Corporation is a holding company. It holds interests. It does not direct the businesses it holds.
The portfolio divides in two. Controlled subsidiaries are consolidated. Non-controlling stakes are equity-accounted, and those companies keep their own management, their own boards and their own shareholders.
That distinction is load-bearing rather than legal decoration. A company this parent holds a minority stake in can still fail it as a vendor, refuse its claim as an insurer, or be the point where an escalation breaks. Holding does not buy agreement.
